des m\u00e9decins, des pharmaciens et des chirurgiens dentistes, sont des organismes professionnels, administratifs et juridictionnels de d\u00e9fense et de r\u00e9gulation de ces professions, leur r\u00f4le principal est de faire respecter le\u00a0code de d\u00e9ontologie m\u00e9dicale<sup id=\"cite_ref-1\" class=\"reference\"><\/sup>. Ils sont organis\u00e9s sur un plan r\u00e9gional et national avec des sections ordinales qui concernent chaque profession s\u00e9par\u00e9ment et des conseils de d\u00e9ontologie regroupant les trois professions. Il existe 12 conseils r\u00e9gionaux : Alger, Oran, Constantine, Annaba, Blida, Tizi Ouzou, Tlemcen, Batna, S\u00e9tif, Chlef, \u00a0Gharda\u00efa et s&rsquo;estime victime d&rsquo;un manquement au respect de la d\u00e9ontologie m\u00e9dicale de la part d&rsquo;un m\u00e9decin dentiste peut porter plainte aupr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;Ordre r\u00e9gional dont rel\u00e8ve le praticien mis en cause.&nbsp;La plainte adress\u00e9e par email, ou courrier postal a notre si\u00e8ge, doit obligatoirement comporter :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Votre identit\u00e9 ainsi&nbsp; vos coordonn\u00e9es et votre adresse de r\u00e9sidence ;<\/li>\n<li>La liste des faits reproch\u00e9s au praticien, le lieu et la date ;<\/li>\n<li>Une demande manuscrite sign\u00e9e, de
